Open ICONex → choose Create wallet → set a password → write down your recovery phrase and store it offline.

You can restore the wallet using the 12-word recovery phrase. Without the recovery phrase, funds can’t be recovered if you lose access to the device.
The wallet may still be syncing or you may be viewing a different address/network. Refresh and confirm the address matches exactly.
You pay a network fee required by the blockchain. ICONex shows the fee before you confirm the transaction.
Stop using that site, move remaining funds to a fresh wallet, and keep transaction hashes for review. Never share your recovery phrase with anyone.
